We have been here for almost 2 months and we have paid by the day about a week ago its all the suddon a problem and had to be paid by husband has done all he can to pay daily and was not all ways able to come in at 1pm but we have never not paid .last night my husband was told to pay 2days when he tryed to explain she said he was rude. My phone has not work for a month and half my microwave works when it wonts to and today will be 3weeks that i have not had my room cleaned .we where told to check out by 1pm tommorow .tanji has been nothing but rude since we got here she said you dont like it you should have checked out well i would have but have my son and 9month old grandbaby to think about but for her to tell us to leave because you cant pay rent by 1pm and you been here for 2months and they accepted it for every day..but a week ago tell us to pay by 1pm or check out is not right in so many level .i have people who can back me up and are willing too .

She needs to be fired or have to go back to training camp.

She sure dont need to be around others .i can say the rest of your staff have been understanding .its sad you see people rude and heartless and as part of your hotel im sure you would like to know .so my kids and granddaughter have not done anything for them to be out in the cold tommorow is not right .we have paid every day for 60days almost.
