I had a big problem in the gilbert propertynerd

I booked a reservation from booking .com and l went down to Gilbert Guadalupe at the in town suites we got there and the lady in the front was doing something she finally said hold on .we said ok she took about 5 minutes then she said how can l help you l told her we made a reservation but l would like that special you have on your sign out there and cancel that reservation
She said l don't think we have any more l said you think or are you sure.she said l don't know l said can you please check she finally said yesthen there people behind me so l said take care of them l will go out side so l waited out side for about a hour then l came in side .l said hello l am back so she told me no more rooms l said ok then l guess l will half to get that room then she said you like that room it is the top of the line so l went to the room to check it out it was the smallest room l have ever seen so l was walking back to tell her and she was with a customer and l heard her tell the customer that is the top of the line room it has a sofa in it the lady said good l will go take a look .then she looked at me and said o ya you l booked at her and said ya she was getting ready to charge me and l ask her can l have a sofa too.she turned to me and said you what l will just cancel you reservation if you don't like it l stood quite. I looked at my wife and then l said dam .real quite y.she tired and sad that'd it l am going g

I find it terrible the front desk nor on line provides you with a contact for the corporate office! How is this possible.

I asked the manager for a contact she said they dont even have a number for corporate! Then how do you get issues resolved?! I saw an email after I posted here saying speak to the front desk, duh. I have.

This is sad and terrible customer service.

They will take your money but wont give a contact to attempt to get issues resolved. Its outlandish, I can have mold in the shower, now we all have coughing happening and roaches in the bathroom mainly , then no hot water for 4in a half days to 5 days and no one apologize or offer a resolution to offset the inconvenience

I had to clean my own room buy my own tissue wash the tiles repeatedly over the manger is very unprofessional and isn't made for the job title blood was on my sheets and she put me out my room illegally after me being there over 30 days because of emotional support puppies to help me with my brothers death I never missed a payment and dogs are everywhere out there and I had paperwork coming beside they were in a kennel and they only came out of it to go outside are riding discrimination and I mentally and emotionally hurt had to sleep In my car the rain was horrible and I had to pack she needs to be replaced

I notified that I would arrive late for check-in, they still closed the office and canceled my reservation! They treated us VERY POORLY and were rude! There is no good customer service.

They told me I had to get rid of my service dog due to my federal registration for my dog they said was not ada approved. She is trained to help me when having a seizure. And a small dog. Needless to say I'm still here and she is to buy they don't know. By law they can't ask for documentation or what she is helping me with. But they did both. I have alot of different things that are wrong with me and I plan to take this as far as i can.

I was put on the do not rent list just because I call the police when notice that the lock was damage and shoe prints was on the door , he had to have happen overnight while I was working , at the time my son was in the room sleep , he was 17 of age at the time , he’s now 21 years old , so we to ren and the manager she couldn’t rent to me , I,m a 16 CNA and my son is a Biology major, the college is in the neighborhood and both of my jobs
