I was not able to get in touch with anyone at your place either. It just keeps going and going nobody ever ever contacts us back is virtually impossible to get your issue looked at because you cant get nobody to talk to

I am staying at the InTown Suites in Dothan, Alabama, and will be here for a number of 30 days. I paid over $1,000 and have not been given my military discount.

I am a 100% disabled veteran and am attempting to move my room to an upper level. I wish to be removed from the ground level due to proximity to the parking lot, traffic noise, elevators, and things of that nature. I am perplexed as to why I was asked to pay an additional $50 to change my room, and why my military discount has not been honoured. If possible, I would appreciate an improvement in customer service so as to enhance my stay with you.

I do not seek a refund, nor do I wish to change hotels - I simply desire to relocate my room to an upper level or upgrade my room. I paid a $50 deposit, and now they're requesting another $50 deposit to switch my room. Such a practice doesn't speak well of good customer service, and I would appreciate it if my military discount could be acknowledged.

I paid the full price and I would appreciate if the situation is amended. Alternatively, could I use these funds towards booking a different room?

I was kicked out the hotel and trespassed all because I asked about tissue, fresh towels, and the wifi being out for 6 days. The women at the desk were constantly rude, especially the manager Jazmine. I felt disrespected, and belittled. When I tried to reach out to this service I received no help. I will never stay here again.

They sprayed for bugs and stated we could be in the room they sprayed alpine and it put me in the hospital twice e. I requested a different upgraded room 3 times. Qe stayed over a month.Each renewal he would put me off and tell me to check back monday. I was also assaulted and the manager wouldn't call the police he said he couldn't see who I was on camera and the individual that assaulted me in the laundry room lives on site and nothing was done about it.

Honestly bad lol. They offer no kitchen utensils, no dollys to grab your bags, bug infested and so on, our room flooded and we had to wait a whole extra day to get a new room, and still had to pay full price, no compensation for anything. Also maintenance chooses who to report and not report, supposedly some of these people have stayed here for years. Not having a good time.

They told me I had to get rid of my service dog due to my federal registration for my dog they said was not ada approved. She is trained to help me when having a seizure. And a small dog. Needless to say I'm still here and she is to buy they don't know. By law they can't ask for documentation or what she is helping me with. But they did both. I have alot of different things that are wrong with me and I plan to take this as far as i can.
