I paid for a two week stay for my son in the Intown Suites Savannah, Georgia location.He arrived on Sunday, October 22, 2017, to receive his key from a room with a trash bag and cardboard over the window.
His room was dirty and had hair and bugs in the room. The next morning he awaken to bed bugs in the bed with him on the sheets and pillows he had to buy from Walmart once he arrived that night because the sheets and pillows were dirty. I have tried reaching corporate but you can't leave a message. The Savannah location did refund the unused week but told me corporate had to make a decision to refund the remainder of the 1st week.
It's an awful thing when you can't talk to a person to resolve the issue.I've reported the to the BBB.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $350.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Worst experience in my life.
