Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They stole my items out room after corporate manager had maintenance lock me out as I was moving out because she wouldn't let me rent premium I mean she smoked my cigarettes and threw all my items out.

Verified Reviewer |It’s a drug and *** hotel that falsifies advertisement and rips off customers
Paid for a full entire week, and after the first day, as I saw way too much drugs, prostitution guns the selling of drugs and buying, including the management at the hotel involved in all of it, and I was retaliated against threaten with guns, and threaten to have my son taken away, because of what I saw after the very first night people gathered in gangs Threatening me banging on my door, waking my son up terrifying us. I called the cops they said that the hotel was under investigation already yet I was scared to death and there was nothing they could do except for after waiting in an entire day around 10 oclock at night they were able to follow me to the hotel and get the rest of my stuff and hotel manager came out earlier and I filmed it as a whole entire group or gang was threatening me when the hotel manager came out they felt safer to come closer and threaten me to kick my *** they said or take my son away.
I guarantee you Ill personally make sure it happens and the hotel manager said I had to leave because I was causing problems yet. I have never said a word its all recorded , so basically money was stolen for me and I never got any services from them and a person with disabilities and they couldnt provide me with any type of accommodations as the federal law under the ADA states they have to its not a choice they have to its really sad to see what I saw, and to be treated the way I was in to be so scared to even step foot on the property alone! The Department of Justice is definitely going to be contacted tonight as they violated many federal laws.
And many other departments will be contacted to and Im going to demand not only a refund but one violation under the ADA is $75,000 and I have recorded were there employees denying me the proper accommodation that they have to provide they dont give a *** about any anyone and they advertise falsely and I recorded and took pictures of every single spot in that room and its absolutely disgusting. The bed felt nice May because I was so sleep deprived being a single mom this is evil in severe pain for every year, but thats the only thing I was harassed, sexually harassed, physically threatened violently any people they supported it were the management Ive never in my life seen anything like it is a drug ring, *** ring, and I wouldnt doubt if they actually involve children in it too

Ugh !! I have children, one is a baby!! This second location has a nice manager but nothing else is nice. We moved in and have mold in the shower, tried another room room was messed up so since we paid we stayed.
Now Roaches the first night came from the bathroom!! Weeks in and they stay coming in the bathroom!! Tub stays dripping, and we now havent had water for the past 4 days!! No apologies, no time frame for when we will have it, no notices sent out and the maintenance guy is rude as *** over me saying we dont have hot water.
My children go to school they need to bathe. This is a mess. I dont see how these locations are still up and running??! Wait yes I do, Intown prays on people who are going through something.
They take your money fast but do nothing else fast. Im sad , dumbfounded and over this place. I cant find a corporate number or email. This is a full scam.
They have to be reported!!! I will be drawing up a lawsuit. I came here because we are waiting on a house and instead of paying the 800-**** a week I thought this may work. Nope nope no..
dont do it. The staff even says they dont have a corporate number!? Is this legal??
What am I supposed to do about no hot water??! Am I going to get monies back for this inconvenience??!!

I find it terrible the front desk nor on line provides you with a contact for the corporate office! How is this possible.
I asked the manager for a contact she said they dont even have a number for corporate! Then how do you get issues resolved?! I saw an email after I posted here saying speak to the front desk, duh. I have.
This is sad and terrible customer service.
They will take your money but wont give a contact to attempt to get issues resolved. Its outlandish, I can have mold in the shower, now we all have coughing happening and roaches in the bathroom mainly , then no hot water for 4in a half days to 5 days and no one apologize or offer a resolution to offset the inconvenience

This place was extremely unprofessional and I was put on a no rent list without proper notification The Managers were very rude and my room was constantly check due to what I maid reported which not true. I left after a 3 month stay after I found a cheaper rental property unfortunately that place did not work out for me after 30 days so I go back to InTown Suites book my reservation online packed up all my stuff to move got there and was told that I was put on a no rent list based on the conditions of my room that I stayed in 30 days prior without any notification from the mail, email or by phone or the websites.
The room was clean before I left even though was in extreme pain. Do not rent here terrible service. Extremely shady operations. I forgot to mention the commode in the bathroom when I reached over could pick up something off my sink It felt like it was coming off the floor.
Apparently I needed to be tightened down.
The maintenance person then proceeded to tell me they needed to go get a gasket for the bottom of the commode he didn't have one available which means I couldn't use the bathroom
period of time until they finished when he was done the commode was still shaking on the floor.
And another thing they don't give refunds. And unfortunately, this location Charge me over $4200 for my stay there which would have been more than enough to pay for any damages they alleged. I caused
30 days prior to me going back to rent there again. I got no notification.
No email, no phone call. No blocked reservation on the website before I arrived to get a new room. They were extremely unprofessional. The only one i thought was courteous was the maintenance guy who help me when he was around.
And who has heard of the housekeeping staff that complains of the room being dirty and they couldn't clean All they did was take out trash.
Change the bed linen, wipe down a few counters and vacuum. And unfortunately, they didn't speak very good. English which made it difficult to understand or explain to them. I once told to clean the linen myself which was very because i could barely walk due knee, hip, and back issues The manager Jennifer saw me struggling
But was never helpful and always had something rude to say.
When i left the bathroom was clean, the kitchen was clean. The refrigerator was cleaned, the trash was thrown away.
Do not rent here It's very shady for what they do to me Especially being injured, limping around eventually using a cane to go up-and-down 3 flights of stairs cause they had no small one bedrooms on the first floor. Who as ever heard of company refusing some ones reserved room because of something that happened allegedly 30 days prior to you staying there without even notifying you when you made a new reservation I felt my rights were violated, and I'm practically disabled with spinal and hip and knee issues.

I had to clean my own room buy my own tissue wash the tiles repeatedly over the manger is very unprofessional and isn't made for the job title blood was on my sheets and she put me out my room illegally after me being there over 30 days because of emotional support puppies to help me with my brothers death I never missed a payment and dogs are everywhere out there and I had paperwork coming beside they were in a kennel and they only came out of it to go outside are riding discrimination and I mentally and emotionally hurt had to sleep In my car the rain was horrible and I had to pack she needs to be replaced

I had a big problem in the gilbert propertynerd
My name is Arthur montoya, I am the owner of Montoyas painting & more. l booked a reservation at your Gilbert location in Arizona.
I went to your establishment and seen a price difference than what I was paying. I asked her if we can go with that special and she said she was booked for the next three weeks. I said okay fine. She mentioned that i ordered the top of the line room.
So I said okay I didn't want it but okay because that's all she had. So a lady came in and the clerk said that her room had a couch in her room. After the customer left I asked if I can have a couch in my room since mine was a top of the line room. She then started yelling at me say that if I didn't like it she would cancel my reservations for free of charge right now.
So I said cancel me then. I was really upset. Then I asked for her for her corporate number and she resisted and said look it up on line.
We have stayed at establishments many times and never a problem like this. So I think I with have to think twice next time I am in of for my business.

I was harassed so much and so bad that the manager actually stated I was the problem! Turned out she was in with the big drug ring operation going on.
