InTown Suites - Room Review from Charlotte, North Carolina
The intown suites on Rivers Ave has rules that are not given to a client when they check in. They just walk around saying, " You have to keep your windows, doors and blinds closed" To me that is putting the client in jail.
Fresh air from an air conditioner is not healthy, especially when you cook. I understand the no pets, cause they supply all the pet roaches you could want. Rules for other clients don't apply. They say they want good clients, but with their petty BS, they are running the good clients away.
Raising the rent and lowering standards. You get promises to fix something, but the maintance man forgets in ten minutes. Housekeeping does a hit and miss job. They like to talk more than clean.
Been here for over a year and haven't had what I wanted fixed yet. They tvs are back to back and you can hear what the other room is watching. You can also hear kids on the third floor running and stomping around. The biggest thing that is *** for a motel is the office hours.
11am to 7pm...come on. Run it like a real classy motel. But they are too cheap to have three shifts, where a client came get things they need.
The so called courtesy officer is nothing but a clean up person that get a free room and some money.
The before was never on site. She had another job at a gas station, when she was supposed to be on duty
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

I have asked for the mold in the shower to be cleaned a week ago and it's still not done. I pay three hundred and twelve dollars a week.
Not to mention the roaches I have killed in my room. Why do I have to supply my own paper products and trash bags considering the fact that I have to pay such a high amount per week.
