I made a payment to stay in the Inntown Suites in Huntsville for a week, the following day I went back and paid for another month. Some emergency came up and needless to say, I was moving out the same week.

The manager told me that I could get a refund for that month's rent because I didn' start that month so I moved out. It's been 3 months later so I called back to ask about the refund and she changed the story and said I was in the month already that the manager who took my payments did it wrong, but I know why I paid seprately.

I've called corprate for the passed week and no one has called or emailed me back. I would like someone to look into this because I had two different recites.

It seem like evey In-Towne Suite is poorly managed and filthy.

Thanks, I have read so many horrible stories about In-Towne Suites all over, you all have saved me money.

Thanks for the comment, because I was going to stay in an In-Towne Suite until I find a home in Georgia, but after reading your response, I changed my mind, so Thank you so much.

I know how you feel because I'm staying at an intown suit and the manager made like I couldn't get reimbursed for checking out earlier then the day I'm supposed to. I hate this place. That's why once me and my kids leave I will make sure I tell everyone about the terrible service.

Tonya from the Huntsville Inntown suites said I was going to get my refund on the room because on record it was two separate payments of rent. I paid for a week in march, then I went back and paid 3 more weeks in advance.

I know I stayed that first week in March, but I paid for it separately just in case somebody in your staff would care enough and fix that cable or give me another room if were to came available, but nobody cared until I moved out. Tonya was waiting outside my door when I was leaving, trying to get in.So does poor condition mean unvacuumed carpet, red dye on the counter and crumbs in the refrigerator ? You sound like you had to rebuild the whole room with my $600.

I had been dying my hair in that room for a whole year and it\'s always faded away; and housekeeping never complained. You\'re just trying to put all the blame on me when nothing warrants you to take my refund when your contract clearly states I can get my refund because I never started my month.

I was not in the month, that's why I paid in advaced. That's breech of contract because I never stayed in that hotel for that month you claim I was in the middle of and the room being in poor condition has nothing to do with my refund. You took my deposit.

if you check your records, on Febuary 17th I paid advanced for the week until the 25th. That same day, I purchased the plan for a month until March 17th. That's two separate payments and i checked out on the 25th. I never got to start my month because managment told me it was ok for me to leave, because i had so many problems with my room.

If you also check my the records, I complained about someone coming into my room and stealing things, and when I went to the front desk they told me the maintance guy was the one who went into my room. Had nothing been stolen from my room I wouldn't even have known someone broke in . And what about two sides of the wall's electrical outlets quit working 2 months into my 8 month stay , my refrigerator and tv, and microwave wasn't working until the maintance guy went in and put a chord running from one side of the room to the other in suspended air for 6 months. so when I finally get the time to go back to the front desk and ask why nobody has come to fix a chord running from one side of the wall she did told me she didn't even know, that's when I decided it was time for me to leave. So I asked her and she said it would be alright because I had paid seprately and that I couldn't get a refund on the week I was staying . So I left.

as for the hair dye on the shower/tub, floors , that fades away(it's like ink) in days. so you mean to tell me they had to replace the shower/tub area too? Tanya at the Huntsville InTown Suites is a liar.

You guys need to check your agreement, I checked out before my month began, and you took my deposit for red hair dye that fades away on the floor, shower/tub area and counters.

And that whole in the door, that was there the whole time I was there, but it's ok, i did leave the room w/out cleaning the refrigator thoroughly.

Ms. Sykes - You were already in the month of your monthly plus rate when you decided to depart for school in Mobile. Our monthly plus offers a discount over our weekly rates. However, as you know from signing the monthly plus agreement, the rate is non-refundable if you leave early - much like apartment rent.

Moreover, the room was left in very poor condition. There were hair dye stains on the floors, shower/tub area, and the bathroom counters. The bathroom door had *** in it and the room had to be completely repainted.

Based on the fact that you were made aware of the requirements and limitations of the monthly rate, and that the room was left in such poor condition, I do not believe any refund is warranted.
