The nastiest place I've ever stayed! We stayed there for a week and will never go back room was dirty dead bugs in cabinets tub was beyond disgusting beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning sucked I would not recommend this place to anyone! Go to Studios and Suites 4 less battlefield Blvd they are great very clean rooms super friendly staff etc... Add comment

If you are a shady person who is good at hiding drugs or illegal businesses, running from the law and/or trying to stay out of jail from domestic violence issues, this is the PERFECT place for you!!!! INTOWN SUITES is the new name (it's no longer CRESTWOOD PLACE), but they aren't changing anything except a few minor room renovations. Bed bugs will still be in the walls, fleas everywhere. We move there Sept. 2015. Within a few weeks of being in our room we discovered we had bed bugs. Bad bed bugs. Management said "there are no bed bugs".... Read more

I have been living at Intown Suites in Savannah, Ga for about a month or so. I really like living here- it is close to my job, quiet and just a nice place to be. I was going to stay here until I found an apartment. Apparently, Intown Suites had other ideas. I was told about the renovations when I checked in. I was told by the front desk rep that when renovations started they would move me to another room. I came to my studio on Thursday night (2/18/16) to find an "Important Notice" on my bed. My husband and I stayed two months at this property, as I out processed for relocation. Property Name: Oklahoma City North (EDM) Property Address: 2221 South Broadway West, Edmond, Oklahoma 73013 Property Phone: (405) 216-8247 After checkout, A low end cutting board was mistakenly packed in luggage. Found one week later. Contacted property to return but told that it was too late and that they are keeping $50 deposit in exchange for $1 "stolen" property. Cutting board. My husband and i have been staying in the intown suites extended stay at 9211 independence blvd. for about a month. When we we first moved in our room it was dirty and not cleaned properly. *** was left on the wall and base boards on the bathroom floor. Now today No hot water for 2 days complaining about it. But the manager says can't get in touch with corporate office!!..and they taking it lightly in the rental office!.. Read more

I did not enjoy my stay there. I payed for a week and in the first week,I was asked to leave...Plus they kept the money.Never again.How could it be against the law to call the police. Add comment

The intown suites on Rivers Ave has rules that are not given to a client when they check in. They just walk around saying, " You have to keep your windows, doors and blinds closed" To me that is putting the client in jail. Fresh air from an air conditioner is not healthy, especially when you cook. I understand the no pets, cause they supply all the pet roaches you could want. Rules for other clients don't apply. Me & my family have stumbled intona hard spot & came to intown suites to pretty much not be on the streets until out apartment is ready. I have never been treated so welcome sonewhere in my life. The manager was very sweet and the main cleaning lady lives on site & she is the sweetest lady ever. So welcoming and helpful. I didnt know what to expect walking in my room and ill say i was very pleased. The room was spotless, smelled good, have had no problems with bugs etc. The cleaning crew came monday & they were even pleasant!... Read more

The housekeeper did a good job but the manager is rude, nosey, and wouldn't know customer service if it slapped her in the face. She is making up rules as she goes along and when she is called on it....oh that's when you will see her true colors. She refused to give the corporate number when asked.
