This place is horrible! I was a loyal customer for 3 months who always paid on time. The night before I moved out, they would not let me stay because I did not pay for one night. I paid a total of 128.38 on Saturday and was told that it will cover Sunday and Monday. Then I was double charged on my card, and when I brought this to their attention, they did not follow through. bad service. no maid service worthy of mentioning. when i did expect any cleaning at all the manager Bobby was rude. she hangs out with men and loiters outside the property. low class and have never had this before at any other hotels/motels and we travel alot. Disappointing. Didn't read the SMALL PRINT : the "fully furnished " Kitchen comes without utensils, plates, pots, dish soap, cleaning materials -- most definitely not a good place to stay when you're travelling... we had to stock a full kitchen and bathroom ( soap, toilet paper, real bath towels, and cleaning materials for when you move out-to get your deposit back), all for a week. then had... Well, unfortunately before staying here we did not read the reviews. We do still regret it. I HATED it staying here. We paid for one week. The customer service person said just in case we decided to leave sooner we would get a refund back for the unused days. Well, he lied!!! He just said that to get us to stay and keep our money. My cousin, her fiancé, and I just moved to Nashville and needed a place while we looked for our own. Regretfully, we ended up here at InTown in Hendersonville. No tv listings, bad selection of cable channels. No NBC,NFL,FX, couldn't see any games on Thanksgiving day. Rooms are nice, cable tv sucks. Try charge a fair rate for their rooms. Rooms are clean and free of bugs. The refrigerator is old and has rust on it Pillows are plastic covered, so not as comfortable as they should be. Stayed in Towne Suite hotel Nov 9th and accidently left an electronic device behind. Contacted the hotel immediately and they advised it will be shipped out. As of Nov 25 it still has not been shipped out of the 9th St. Kalamazoo location. I cannot believe how hard it has been to get them to ship this item. First of all this a joke the cable don't work.from the last time I stayed here they seem to have dropped some of there cable channels. Them when u request for some to be fix it take them a month to come and half fix it. And then it's not fix you let them know and then it a another month.
